MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi, I'm Juju, founder and owner of It Girl Esthetic.

I grew up watching my single mom figure life out no matter what was thrown at her. That taught me early to work hard, take risks, and keep going - even when the path doesn't make sense. 

At 19, my life completely shifted. I dropped out of university, lost my full-time job, dealt with reoccurring heartbreak, and struggled with my identity. It was also the first season where God truly showed me who He was. 

In 2023, I started lashing and have been booked out ever since. I mastered the clientele, the retention - then mid 2024, I launched It Girl supplies, but eventually got comfortable and let that vision go. 

Then came 2026 - new mom, salon owner, full-team, and privately battling postpartum depression and questioning my purposes here all over again. 

And once again, God met me there.

It Girl became more than a rebrand. It became a rebuilding. 

Today, every tray, tweezer, liquid, and tool is intentionally tested for months before earning the It Girl name. I'm taking everything I've learned behind the lash bed and creating products that actually work for artists like me. 

Built with experience. Rebuilt with purpose. Here to serve YOU.

It Girl was built on intention.

I don't believe in simply putting my name on a product and calling it a brand. I care deeply about what I'm selling, how it works, formulation, and why it works. I'm constantly learning, testing, researching, and diving deeper into the science behind the products I bring to my artists.

Because as a lash artist myself, I know how much the right products can affect your work, your retention, and ultimately your client's experience.

Everything I create is intentional and purposeful - from the products themselves to the education behind them. My goal is to give lash artists products they can understand, trust, and feel confident using.

Above it all, It Girl is faith based. This brand is something I prayed for, worked for, and continue to place God's hands. I know that every opportunity, every idea, and every bit of growth comes from Him. I don't take that lightly. All glory to Jesus.
